		<description>Is it too late for this? My eating issue is simply I like to eat. I eat anything and everything. Healthy and not healthy. I need to lose about 80 more pounds so the nutritional counseling would help.</description>

		<description>Well I&#039;ll start out! I have the issue of &quot;snacking&quot;. I feel like I am eating all day long! I&#039;ve been able to have more healthy foods than unhealthy foods in my house, but I still eat them all the time. Like I know I should only have a 1/4 C of nuts (or something like that...) but I don&#039;t really pay attention and I probably end up eating a full cup! I could really use help with figuring out my calorie/carb/protein needs.</description>
