What Do the Workouts Focus On?
Our workouts are designed to increase cardiovascular health and increase strength by integrating a series of exercises including active stretching, circuit training, weight training, and abdominal workouts. We also use a series of “boot camp” style movements including jumping jacks, planks, push-ups, sit-ups, mountain climbers, and pull-ups.
