    I believe the mind is the most important tool in the weight loss journey. My mind was right last year, but I met my first goals and now I can’t seem to get back on track. I actually posted on that today at http://www.slimminsam.com . I know for a fact that I will not be able to get back on track until my mind is in the right place. I am hoping that this can help me get back into it. Thanks for the giveaway.

    Hey, I’ve been following this blog and http://www.askfitnesscoach.com I think you’ve got some great advice and I would love a CD because I have so many negative thoughts regarding weightloss and I feel like if I could get my mind straight it would help my body go that direction too!

    I’ve finally gotten serious about my health and my weight loss after trying shortcuts and things that don’t really work. I’m discovering that being mindful of what I’m eating and doing on a daily basis is imperative if I want to be successful. I would love to check out the CD and use it on my journey!

    I’ve always believed that mental power is one of the strongest things God has blessed us with. Being able to push yourself mentally can take you further than you can even imagine. Being able to visualize where it is that you want to be and keeping that in focus while pushing yourself beyond where you think you can go can get you so far in life. Our bodies try to tell us that we’ve reached our limits, but our mind knows we can go further. Your mind can be your greatest influencer or your biggest downfall, it’s all in how you use it.

    Hey! I “liked” you on facebook! I’m a big fan of ChaLENE EXTREME and Tony Horton. Haven’t been diligent about it lately, though. I’m a cheer coach, married to a football coach. We have 6 kids who all do the regular activities – cheer, scouts, little league, t-ball, mat rats, you name it! It’s easy for me to put my health and fitness on the backburner with all of the other things going on in my life. I’d love a copy of your CD! Thanks so much for the giveaway!

    I feel like I’ve done all of the other work – I know a ton about nutrition and working out. I even know that I feel better when I’m living healthy in both of those areas. Somehow, my thought-process seems to get derailed, and I’d love to try these CDs to see if they would help me get over this hurdle!

    I agree that it’s all about our mind. I’ve recent;y taken up meditation/breathing exercises as a way of destressing and feeling more calm and relaxed. It’s worked beautifully for me.
