Keys to Weight Loss and Fitness

For a while now, I have been fighting to create the keys to weight loss and fitness success. When I started as a Performance Coach I would teach that success started with being on a great nutrition program, an exercise program that builds lean muscle and burns fat, and a cardio program that burns the maximum amount of calories. I soon figured out that I was starting in the wrong place for most people. That’s because not doing those things was generally only the beginning of their problems.

I probably can’t even go deep enough to address, in a few words, what people need to do in order to achieve successful weight loss. To begin, it takes complete focus. You must focus to the point that you are willing to learn the strategies, or road map, to losing weight and getting fit. The final component is addressing the problems or road blocks and working through them.

Below are the essential keys to weight loss and fitness:

  1. Focus
  2. Learn the Strategy
    1. Correct Nutrition
    2. Exercise Program
    3. Cardio Program
  3. Determine Road Blocks and Overcome Them
